Nightmare had begun shipping!!!

As many of the proud owner might have notice, or received notification email from us, most of the "Nightmare" are on their way! Some customer even wrote to us informing they had received it too :) We should be able to complete all Pre-Order "Nightmare" within 1-2 weeks. We sincerely appreciate your kind patience, and we are sure, after you unpack "The Black Box", you will feel that the she is really worth the wait :P

Note on tracking number, it might takes a few day for tracking number to show up on the tracking site, so please give it a few days before writing to us :)

We will be opening up the remaining stock of "Nightmare" in the next few days, (we close it pre-maturely before due to we wanted to control the fulfillment period to an acceptable range), so those who missed out the "pre-release" phrase and after seeing the actual owners' pics and wanted to get her, here is your second and the last chance:)

More Clearance items are listed, products include dolls, dolls' furniture, we have not yet finish listing all clearance items, please continue to check back regularly.

Special notes for customer who "reserved" Flexi Perennial Normal skin clearance stock through email over the past 2 days. We had to offer our deepest apology. Reservation had outnumber the actual stock we hold by more than 400%, this is our fault as there are broken communication between Domuya customer service across all regions.

In order to sort of rectify the problem, we will do the following:
1. We will cancel all reservation on D1 Flexi Perennial Normal Skin clearance items. They will be listed immediately and sell through on a first come first serve basis. There are only 4 pieces available.
2. We will put the regular(new and order to make) D1 Flexi Perennial body on a 40% off discount, running for 5 days/ 20 pieces ONLY. Thus for "reservation" customer who didn't manage to grab the clearance stock, this is the second choice. Please note though, once the 20 pieces are sold, we will need to withdraw the promotion. For regular stock, you will be able to pick the skin tone.

The bonus 5 days D1 Flexi Perennial Body sales will also be open to all customer.

We have add a few more clearance items to our stock clearance sale, and we expect to put more over the clearance period, thus please check back daily for new items! Please do not wait to see the complete lineup of clearance items, as they might be sold out the next moment you check, grab them immediately when something fancy you! You can place multiple orders and we will combine all orders within 1 week in a single package for easy tracking.

Many customer had write in to ask if we have more "sold out" clearance doll available as some of them are sold out before they visit, we are really sorry, but we cannot restock "clearance item". Anyways, thank you all for the support : )

Today, we have 2 surprise character doll appear on Domu-Net. Bayonetta and Mystical Bard, both of them are unique character (1 piece in the world) feature in Domuya 2010 Cosplay Show, we are now offering them (the actual display doll) for sales! They are truely unique and we hope you will love them as much as we do. Once again, we only have one of each and there is no plan of re-releasing it in the future, thus please grab them fast if you do fall for them :P

Latest update:

1. Domuya Life Project Series 5 - "When all is lost", will be on a slight delay. Coming in latest by end of this month.

2. Domuya Flexi 2 Male will be available on 23rd June 2010.

3. Final details on "Tengu" will be available on 21st June 2010, and it will also be available for sale on the same day.

4. We have completed the stock taking. Stock clearance will commence over these few days :)

5. Latest news on "Nightmare": First of all, we are really sorry on the multiple delays. The latest delay was due to: The packaging. The final packaging we have received from our manufacturer back in May 2010, were too fragile and there are too much difference from the sample we have received. "Nightmare" weighing at almost 10KG with the packaging and dimension measuring at 80cmX65cmX35cm, we are very worried on breakage during delivery. Even though replacement part is always available, but re-shipping cost will be too expensive and it is both time and labor consuming. 

However, all nightmares have been produced. We are currently waiting for the boxes to arrive and all nightmares order will be shipped together. We seek your kind patience in this and be assured that we are expediting on the packaging issues.

Bonus news: To achieve perfection, we are using a real horse's hair for our nightmare's tail. We are sorry for the long update, but we feel that we need to let the proud owners of "Nightmare" know what is delaying their orders.

May 26, 2010 - Dear Customer, thank you for feedback email regarding the "Flexi Dream Package" makeup rebate coupon, indeed the is an error on the coupon amount, it should be USD$35(SGD$50) instead of SGD$35, the coupon amount had been corrected, thus you may utilize it with the new amount :), while the coupon code remain the same.
