Shipping Methods
For your convenience we offer Registered Airmail (7-14 days), Express Mail Service (EMS) (3-5 working days) to addresses worldwide. We reserve the right to change carriers without further cost to you. Presently we do not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery. We DO NOT offer store pickup.
As a general guide, "Standard Shipping" option listed during checkout means that:
1) Orders consists of a doll purchase are automatically upgraded and shipped via EMS with online tracking.
2) Orders combined shipping charges is more than SGD$50 are automatically upgraded and shipped via EMS with online tracking.
3) All other orders will be shipped via Registered Airmail.
Customers are able to upgrade their shipping carrier by contacting us or state in "special instructions" field during checkout. Extra charges might apply.
About Discounted Region
Domuya.net only offer one type of shipping method during checkout, which is term "Standard Shipping". Type of carrier we choose to use is based on (Shipping Methods) listed above.
Customers might be eligible for "Standard Shipping - Discounted Regions" option during checkout if their shipping address fall into one of our designated countries.
"Standard Shipping - Discounted Regions"option uses the same shipping method as "Standard Shipping". Thus, customers are advised to choose "Standard Shipping - Discounted Regions", if the option is available to you during checkout, to take advantage of the cheaper shipping charges.
Processing Times
We will make every effort to process orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays) from which they are received and payment verification. In the event of a delay we will notify you. Orders paid VIA bank remittance, international bank draft etc, are subject to verification and may result in a delay. Please do take note that processing time is not the same as fulfillment time.
Standard Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you love every item you purchase from Domu-Net, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may exchange or return it to us within 10 days from the delivery date of your order for a store credit.
Return request email must reach us within 3 days from the delivery date. It is recommended that all returns or exchanges be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe delivery. Items must be received in their original condition and with all the parts and accessories (if applicable) attached. Items that have been damaged, altered, washed or dry cleaned, or used in any way by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned.
Defective items must notified us within 7 days from the date of delivery date for exchanges or refunds.
Returns or exchanges will not be accept after 10 days from the date of delivery (For defective items, it is 7days). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and Domu-Net does not cover the shipping on any returned items. Promotions and special offers may be subject to a reduction or cancellation upon a return/exchange. Products that are from our Partners can not be returned for credit, exchange, or refund.
Once we receive your item, we will promptly exchange it or issue a credit in the form of a gift certificate. You will receive an email confirmation from Domu-Net Customer Service as soon as your return or exchange has been processed.
